Company History

Harold K. Jordan & Co. was formed in October 1989 as a specialist in the construction and renovation of multi-family housing in the Carolinas and Virginia. The extensive experience of our staff with a broad spectrum of project types including market-rate apartments, affordable housing, elderly housing, hotels, student housing, assisted living centers, condominiums, town homes, day care centers and mixed-use gives our clients the advantage of quality projects which are professionally managed and completed on or ahead of schedule. This experience, along with our successful completion of projects sponsored by agencies such as HUD, USDA, and NCHFA, assures our clients that their projects will be finished in compliance with agency requirements, within budget and on schedule.

We are currently licensed in North Carolina, South Carolina and Virginia.
