Harold K. Jordan & Company is a HUD approved general contractor. We have considerable experience with projects funded under the HUD section 221(d)(4) program, HUD section 202, and HUD section 811 programs. We have been team members on projects with BSPRA (Builder Sponsor Profit Risk Allowance) participation and also on non-BSPRA projects. We are very familiar with the requirements of HUD form 2530 regarding previous participation in governmental housing transactions and have prepared many HUD 2328 forms, or Contractor’s Cost Breakdowns, for owners and lenders. We are very experienced with handling certified payrolls, the guidelines of the Davis Bacon Act, and the necessary paperwork that is required by these programs. We have ample bonding capacity and can furnish verification of this, or Letters of Credit, as needed. We work with our clients from the concept meeting to receipt of their invitation letter to firm commitment by providing accurate budgets, review of design documents to maintain budget and scope compliance, to timely and accurate processing all paperwork required of the general contractor.
