Hal Jordan, President and CEO, HKJ Construction

Mr. Jordan is the President and CEO of his company, Harold K. Jordan Construction, since he founded it in 1989. Before Mr. Jordan started HKJ Construction, he managed the construction division of a major development company for 12 years. In his role with the company, he oversaw the successful completion of over 21,000 apartments, town homes, and condos. Mr. Jordan graduated from North Carolina State University with a Bachelor of Science Degree. He is a Licensed General Contractor and is active in his local Rotary Club chapter.

John Zabriskie, Vice President

Mr. Zabriskie joined HKJ Construction in 1990 and currently manages the Wilmington office, overseeing the activities of all project managers, superintendents, and support staff. He is responsible for all estimating, contract administration, client relations, and bottom line costs and profits. He and his staff have built numerous projects throughout the Carolinas. Mr. Zabriskie received his Bachelor of Science degree in construction management from East Carolina University and is also a LEED Green Associate. He is a licensed North Carolina general contractor and real estate broker. He is an avid golfer and baseball enthusiast.
