HKJ Starts Morrisville Town Center

New Project

HKJ starts a new multifamily community calling for 215-unit mixed-use project located in Morrisville, NC. The full Town Center project will encompass approximately 25 acres and will be a mixed-use development that creates a downtown and a destination for Morrisville residents, workforce, and visitors. The full project is generally defined by the boundaries of Town Hall Drive, Jeremiah Street, Church Street, and a border running adjacent to First Baptist Church and Fire Station No. 1 from Church Street to Town Hall Drive. The full project will be built in phases.

The Town Center project is a Public Private Partnership where the Town has selected Singh Development LLC as its development partner. The benefit of a Public Private Partnership is that there is a public benefit from both public and private investment in the project. In the case of the Town Center, there will be Town amenities that benefit from and support commercial opportunities and housing within the project.
