West Edge

HKJ Construction is making progress on West Edge, a Winston-Salem luxury apartment complex featuring 286 units designed by Housing Studios. The project is part of a larger, $80 million mixed-use development that will also include a grocery store, retail shops, and a 1.5-acre outparcel. Located at the busy intersection of Robinhood Road and Meadowlark Drive, West Edge is designed to be a walkable community offering both convenience and upscale living. The development will share infrastructure with adjacent Class A multifamily units, creating a cohesive urban environment. Once completed, West Edge will serve as a prime residential and retail hub for the surrounding Winston-Salem area.
