Washington Terrace Apartments

At HKJ Construction, we’re proud to have brought to life the Washington Terrace Apartments, a thoughtfully designed residential community featuring 162 high-quality apartment homes in Raleigh, NC. Our team delivered a diverse mix of floor plans, including 54 one-bedroom units, 78 two-bedroom garden and townhome-style residences with either 1.5 or 2 bathrooms, and 30 spacious three-bedroom apartments, each with two full baths.

Amenities That Enrich Daily Life

Beyond the residences themselves, our work focused on creating a well-rounded living environment - we constructed a 5,400-square-foot facility that now houses a childcare center operated by the Methodist Home for Children. Raleigh residents also benefit from a variety of shared amenities, such as an on-site management office, community clubhouse, business center, fitness room, laundry area, and dedicated resident services space.

Outdoor Spaces for Connection and Play

The outdoor spaces were carefully planned with community in mind. We built age-specific play areas, community gardens, picnic pavilions with grilling stations, and multiple green spaces to encourage residents to gather and enjoy the outdoors. While the property is pet-free and smoking is only permitted in designated outdoor locations, the overall environment supports a safe, clean, and family-friendly atmosphere.
