Harold K. Jordan & Co. (HKJ)has started construction on a new Hampton Inn in Surf City, North Carolina, a110-room Hilton-branded hotel planned at The Promenade Shopping Center besidethe Walmart Neighborhood Market.
The four-story hotel is designedfor approximately 65,441 square feet. The 2.22-acre site plan includes surfaceparking with EV charging stations and an outdoor pool.
