Five-story, 55-unit mixed-usedevelopment brings new housing and retail along Market Street corridor

Harold K. Jordan & Co. (HKJ)has started construction on The Grove at 17 North, a five-story, 55-unitmixed-use development in Wilmington, North Carolina. The project is designed toadd new housing and ground-floor retail that support continued growth along theMarket Street corridor.

Demolition of the existingstructure is complete, and vertical construction is underway.

“The Grove at 17 North will bringnew energy to the Market Street and Kerr Avenue intersection and complement thesurrounding retail with apartments above,” said Scott Niebauer, director ofbusiness development at Harold K. Jordan & Co.
